PHILOSOPHY

It’s been my experience that everything starts with loving the body. We can do all the meditations, see all the healers, and drink all the green juices we want, but if we’re not willing to deepen our own love and acceptance for the body we were given, not much else works. 

When we start to drop societal expectations and work with the unique template of our body and it’s many shifting seasons, something magical happens…we create more room for the Soul to live fully within us. Suddenly we’re more in touch with our intuition, our true essence, our buried dreams, and our previously blocked creative life force.

The path to a more joyful, less painful life is in and through the body and it’s my honour to be your guide.
