you deeply deserve
to feel whole, peaceful & loved
Welcome beautiful Soul.
You’ll find refuge here if you’re highly sensitive, creative, empathic, and you often find this world too much.
I created this work because of one simple truth…
…our world is moving so fast that we’re losing touch with our deepest Soul essence, and now more than ever, it’s time to reconnect.
How will we create intelligent solutions if we continue to attempt to keep up with the dysregulated chaos of the collective?
Where is the space to process trauma, work through grief without rushing, and tune into our deep wells of ancient wisdom?
Why are we all so lonely? Where are the communities and spaces that will truly hold and meet us at our core, without judgement or manipulation?
This online home is my attempt to create some of this much needed space.
I don’t have the answers to what’s happening on our planet, but I do know what makes me feel better…
…reading soothing words and interesting stories…
…stumbling across art or beauty, made for art or beauty’s sake, that doesn’t try to sell me anything…
…and having conversations of hope & possibility in the presence of people I trust and feel safe with.
Through writing and holding space with an open heart, I hope to offer the same to you.
“Nothing is so strong as gentleness, nothing so gentle as real strength.” ~ Saint Francis de Sales
In a world that moves so fast, and is so traumatised and dysregulated at times, it can be easy to forget about the beauty of gentleness.
If we’ve been taught to move at a pace that demands so much of us, won’t we get left behind if we choose to practice being gentler?
I have definitely experienced the fear of being left behind by embracing my ‘slower’ qualities.
I found myself continually pulled in the direction of new-age manifestation and ‘making things happen’, but never understanding why this way of being frequently left me feeling burned out.
Many of us are feeling more and more anxious.
We might be going through periods of deep inner emptiness, as though something feels missing or broken.
Sometimes it feels easier to withdraw from life, or only cope with it via addictions or staying ‘busy’.
This is where the Soul gets lost.
The last few years have been tough, and we might have forgotten who we are, how to dance, sing, create and play.
Our unrecognised wounding and grief, when neglected, can eat away at our Soul. If we don’t make the space to deal with our pain, it begins to deal with us. I believe this is the huge majority of what we’re currently witnessing on the planet.
As Carl Jung famously said “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
My intention is to bring light to the trickier parts of our journeys; grief, loss, awakenings, addictions. But I am also a big believer in the celebration of beauty, the sacred, and doing whatever we can to fully integrate and be aligned with our true Soul essence.
I don’t see enough people talking about how truly hard it is to simply be here, in our bodies right now, and so I am intentionally being part of the conversations I wish to see more of.
Where can I go next?

You opened my eyes and gave meaning to a time in my life that otherwise would have been very painful, full of self-doubt and with no direction. There is now colour and wonder, and I am so much more peaceful within my mind and body.
